Multi-Trader – Painter, Carpenter & Plumber
Location: Luton
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: On going
Rate: £230-£240 Per day
Frontline Construction are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a project in Luton
The successful candidate will be confident carrying out a variety of maintenance and finishing works, with strong experience in painting, carpentry and plumbing.
Duties
* Painting and decorating
* General carpentry and joinery
* Basic plumbing and repairs
* General snagging and remedial works
* Repairs and maintenance across the site/property
* Working to a high standard with minimal supervision
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader
* Strong painting/decorating skills
* Good carpentry skills
* Good plumbing knowledge
* Previous construction or maintenance experience
* Own tools
* Reliable and professional
* Good attention to detail
