Multi-Skilled Operatives - Reactive Social Housing Repairs (Reading / Basingstoke / Thatcham)

Our client is currently looking for 2 experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join a busy reactive maintenance contract covering social housing properties across Reading, Basingstoke, and Thatcham.

This is ongoing work with a well established contractor working on the Home Group contract.

Key duties:

Reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs

Door adjustments and general carpentry works

Flooring repairs and renewals

Basic plumbing, patch repairs, and general maintenance

Working across occupied social housing properties

Completing jobs to a high standard while providing excellent tenant care

Requirements:

Proven experience in reactive maintenance or social housing repairs

Multi-trade background preferred

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Own tools and transport preferred

CSCS card preferred

Immediate starts available for the right candidates
