Description:
Social Housing Contractor looking for 10x Multi Traders join the Repairs Team in London, carrying out large scale works/refurbs in tenanted properties.
Properties are based in and around Dartford
This role is mobile with a van and fuel card provided by the client. A full UK Driving licence is required with no more than 3 points, due to insurance reasons.
If you have your own van and business insurance this is acceptable or the client and rate can be discussed.
The client will also provide you with a PDA and uniform to carry out your duties
Duties will include:
- Flooring - cap and cove is desirable
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decoration
- Tiling
- Patch Plastering
- Kitchens/Bathrooms
INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD AT THE DARTFORD OFFICE.
HOURS 8am - 5pm
PAID 42.5 hours
UNPAID 30 minutes lunch
