TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in High Wycombe and surrounding areas. They are looking for experienced Plumbers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

MAIN DUTIES

* Responsive property maintenance. plumbing and associated trades.

* Kitchen and bathroom fitting and associated trade work.

* Pipe fitting.

* Wet rooms.

* Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.

* To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.

* Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service.

* Wet and dry plumbing tasks.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-time.

Pay: £160 Per day. - Van and fuel card provided

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent

* Multi trade experience

* Full current driving licence.

* No spent or unspent criminal convictions (basic DBS certificate) & basic Asbestos Awareness certificate. – Both can be completed upon offer of position
