Monday to Friday - 40 hours
Carpenter / Joiner / Cheshire / maintenance / repairs / stoke on trent 

We are delighted to be working with a successful and established company who provide exceptional building maintenance service to a wide range of clients. We are looking for a carpenter who will be carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks including carpenter, joinery and general repairs.

Main duties and responsibilities for a Multi Trader Operator 

. Undertaking carpentry and joinery work, including fitting doors, windows, skirting boards, and other fixtures.
. Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks across different trades, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
. Identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
. Working with the team to ensure all projects are completed to high standards and within specified timeframes.
. Adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices at all times

Experience/knowledge requirements for a Multi Trade Operator 

. Proven experience as a Carpenter, with excellent carpentry and joinery skills
. NVQ in carpentry or joinery
. Competency in general maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively.
. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
. A valid driving license.
