Multi-Trader - Social Housing Maintenance
Location: Bethnal Green & Hackney (within a 10-mile radius)
Salary: Hourly rate for 12 weeks, then £44,000 permanent salary
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate
We're looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Bethnal Green, Hackney and surrounding areas.
The Role
* Day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties
* Carrying out a range of multi-trade works
* Working locally within a 10-mile radius
* Providing excellent customer service in residents' homes
Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Overtime available after probation

Multi Trader Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' Multi-Trade experience
* Full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
* MUST have a Clean DBS
* Strong domestic repairs and maintenance experience
* Good communication and customer service skills
