I'm looking for a multi trade operative (either plumber or carpentry focused) on a long term contract doing day to day repairs in tenanted & void properties
Work is based around Coventry / Stratford / Warwick (theres enough work to keep you in one location so wherever you a closest too thats where you will work)
The Multi tader will be expected to:
Multi trade Responsive repairs
Multi trade Maintenance
Depending on what trade you prefer thats the type of work you will be doing majority of the time (carpentry or plumbing) Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Multi trade operative that has:
Experience doing repairs & maintenance
Multi trade skills (carpentry or plumbing focused & other basic multi trade skills) And in return, the Multi trade operative will receive:
£23.53 per hour
Mileage covered
