Description:
I'm in search of a Multi Trade for a temp to permanent position working on tenanted and void properties in the Yorkshire/Hull areas. You will receive a van and fuel card and the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks
The role of the Multi Trade will involve entering empty and tenanted social housing properties carrying out refurbs and repairs to bring the property back to a lettable standard, utilising your skillset, which should include:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Tiling
Painting
Patching
We are ideally looking for Multi Trade Operatives who have:
Experience working within social housing
Full UK Driving License (vans will be provided from day one)
In return, the successful Multi Trade will receive:
£18 - £21 p/h
Company van and fuel card
Chance of a permanent position after 12 weeks
