Multi-Trade Operative - Responsive Repairs
Location: Swindon
Pay: £20-£21 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Minimum 3 months - Temp to Perm opportunity

Think Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs and general maintenance across sheltered accommodation properties in Swindon.
This is an ongoing opportunity with a minimum 3-month contract and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance.
Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering and decorating repairs.
Repair doors, locks, kitchen units and general fixtures.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Work professionally and respectfully in occupied sheltered accommodation.
Ensure properties are left clean, safe and tidy.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Operative in repairs and maintenance.
Competent in multiple trades, particularly plumbing and carpentry.
Experience working in occupied properties or social housing.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.
Benefits
£20-£21 per hour.
