Full-Time Long-Term Temporary or Permanent
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join my clients growing team, working across the Central Belt of Scotland on a newly awarded commercial contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades while providing excellent customer service.
The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of maintenance, repair and refurbishment works, including:
Joinery
Plumbing
Painting & Decorating
Basic Electrical Repairs
Plastering Repairs
Tiling
General Building Maintenance
Reactive and Planned MaintenanceWork will be carried out at commercial client sites across the Central Belt, so flexibility and a professional approach are essential.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative
Competent across a range of building trades
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude with a commitment to high standards of workmanshipWhat We Offer
