Salary: Upto £32,927 + Company Van & Fuel Card

We are recruiting several skilled Multi Trade Operatives to join a national property maintenance contractor delivering planned repairs and maintenance to family housing across military sites throughout East and East Anglia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative who enjoys varied work, takes pride in delivering quality repairs and wants to be part of a well-established organisation offering long-term stability and ongoing development.
The Role
As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll carry out planned maintenance and repair works across occupied and void residential properties, helping to ensure homes remain safe, comfortable and maintained to a high standard. You'll be provided with modern technology, a company vehicle and the support needed to complete jobs efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing repairs and minor plumbing installations.
Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery work.
Undertake a variety of general property maintenance tasks.
Diagnose faults and complete first-time fixes where possible.
Work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on every visit.
Accurately complete job information using a PDA or handheld device.
What We're Looking For
Experience working as a Multi Trade Operative within domestic property maintenance.
Strong plumbing and carpentry skills.
Experience working in occupied and void properties.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
Experience using PDAs or handheld technology.
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 (preferred).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Willingness to undergo DBS and Security Clearance checks.
Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
