Job Title: Multi Trade Operative - Eastern Region (Peterborough/Cambridge Area)
Location: Peterborough/Cambridge Area
Resourcing Group is currently seeking two experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join our voids team in the Eastern Region, covering the Peterborough and Cambridge areas. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of carpentry, plumbing, and grounds work tasks to ensure properties are prepared for new occupants. This role offers a rate of pay of £22.49 per hour umbrella, with a van provided, and working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a variety of carpentry, plumbing, and grounds work tasks as part of the voids team.
Carry out repairs, installations, and maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring properties are ready for new occupants.
Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, using your skills in carpentry and plumbing to provide effective solutions.
Conduct routine inspections and assessments of properties to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
Complete all work in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including materials used and time taken.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar multi trade operative role, with strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, and grounds work.
Full UK driver's license is essential, as a van will be provided for work purposes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients.
