Multi Trade Operative (Empty Homes) £38,847 + van - Bracknell
This is a Full Time, Permanent position with all the usual benefits from day one including 28 days holiday a year, generous pension and life assurance schemes and access to health and well-being packages.
Empty Homes team
We’re responsible for making sure the properties are re-let in a timely manner, working with our in-house Trades and also closely with sub-contractors ensuring Empty Homes are returned to new customers with all maintenance work and repairs carried out safely, and to the highest standard. We’re also work alongside housing and lettings teams, and new resi-dents to make sure everything runs smoothly turning a empty home to warm, welcoming home.

We're looking for two Multi Skilled Operatives to join our Empty Homes team where you'll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to customers. You'll be working across Ascot, Windsor, Reading and Slough, and the surrounding areas.
Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to a good build-ing maintenance practice.
You'll be a good communicator, have an achievement-based approach to your work and be motivated. A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to the above trade skills and previ-ous experience is required.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our cus-tomers with the services we provide.
We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van including fuel card, van vault, racking and in-verter, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll re-quired to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!
In this role, you’ll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service to our customers.
