Salary: £34,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with exceptional plastering skills, alongside the ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works, including:
* Carpentry repairs and maintenance
* Basic plumbing repairs
* Flooring repairs and installations
* Wall and floor tiling
* Painting and decorating
* General property maintenance
The role involves working across a social housing portfolio, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on both occupied and void properties.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience working within domestic or social housing environments
* Strong multi-trade skills, particularly in plastering
* The ability to complete repairs to a high standard and within agreed timescales
* Good customer service and communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
* A strong understanding of health and safety practices
