Description:
Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Roofer
TXM Recruit are looking for a multi skilled Roofer to join on a contract starting Monday 22nd June for one week. The majority of the work will include roofing, rain water goods, timber shop front repairs, repointing, window resealing etc.
* Pay - £25.53ph CIS or umbrella if you don't have a UTR number.
* Hours - 8am to 4pm
Duties
* Roof repairs
* Clean out gutters, hoppers and downpipes to remove dirt and debris
* Overhaul all rainwater goods.
* Assist with scaffold erection.
* Remove damaged glazing and board over window openings
* Wash down all signage, including shopfront signs and projecting signs.
* Replace lead flashing above shopfront
* Rake out existing mortar from ridge and verge tiles
* Re-wedge lead flashings where required
IPAF/MEWP ticket desirable.
