Handyman / Multi Trade
Handyman / Multi Trade required for residential projects in the Twickenham area.
This is a temp to perm position
Looking for applicants who have previously worked as a Handyman / Multi Trade on new build residential projects. Workload will be split between two residential projects and duties will vary from day to day. One day you could be screeding a floor and the next fixing a tap or painting a wall.
The successful candidate will need to provide their own tools, their own vehicle and will have worked on similar type projects in the past. Being able to prioritise jobs and work in a clean and safe manner is a must.
CSCS card required
Duties could include, but not limited to:
* Painting, filling, sanding and touching up
* Basic plumbing repairs, taps, toilets, leaks and fittings
* Basic electrical tasks such as light fittings, switches, sockets etc
* Door repairs, adjusting, handles, locks hinges etc
* Mastic / Silicone, sealant and general repairs
* Complete minor carpentry /joinery work
* Patch plastering, surface prep and remedial works
* General making good duties
