Multi-Trade Engineer – Reactive Maintenance
Location: Covering North West with travel
Salary: £14.00 – £15.50 per hour + overtime + van + call-out
We’re working with a growing building services contractor delivering reactive and planned works across major retail and commercial clients nationwide.
Due to increased workload, they’re looking to bring in experienced Multi-Trade Engineers to support ongoing works across the North.
This is a mobile role, working across sites including retail, logistics and leisure environments.
The role will involve:
General building fabric maintenance
Basic joinery, repairs and installations
Ceiling and partition works
Flooring uplift and minor groundworks
Reactive call-outs and planned repair worksNo two days are the same, this role suits someone who’s used to being out on the road and happy turning their hand to a variety of jobs.
What they’re looking for:
Multi-trade background (joinery-biased ideal but not essential)
Experience in reactive maintenance or site-based work
CSCS card (essential)
Full UK driving licence
Flexible approach to travel and working hoursPackage:
£14.00 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Company van, fuel card and uniform provided
Paid door-to-door travel
Overtime regularly available
On-call rota (1 in 7) with standby payment (£150) + enhanced ratesThis is a stable, long-term opportunity with plenty of work available and strong earning potential through overtime
