Position: Multi-Trade Operative
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Location: Dartford
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £23.50/hour on UMB (Temp to perm)

UK driving license required
Role Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract. Maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents' homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.
Requirements:
Valid UK Manual Driving License (DL)
DBS Check (we will process at offer stage)RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled operative to join their team. You will be responsible for reactive maintenance works in social housing properties across the patch.
