Temporary - ongoing
Midlands region
£22.00 p/hour Monday to Friday
45 hours +
Zeal Recruitment has been appointed to help a successful repairs and maintenance business contractor recruit for a Multi-trade Carpenter to work within the Midlands region carrying out repairs and maintenance jobs to commercial properties covering the City Centre, Solihull, Coventry and North Birmingham. This is an ongoing position and would be great for someone who is looking for long term work.
This role is quite heavy on the administration, as you will be required to upload information on a PDA and complete job sheets. The hours are essentially from 07:30 – 17:30 however you will be paid door to door.
As the Multi-trade Carpenter, your duties could involve:
• Repairs to doors
• Basic plumbing
• Main trade of carpentry
• Flooring
• Tiling
• Painting
As the Multi-trade Carpenter you will need:
• Own van and tools
• Public Liability insurance
• Clean driver’s license
