Multi-Trade Carpenter
Location: West London - Hounslow and surrounding areas
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 basic salary + company van, fuel card & benefits
Contract: Temp to perm
Overtime: Available and optional
We are working in partnership with a well-established property maintenance contractor to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for their responsive repairs team, working across occupied social housing properties.
The Role
You will be responsible for attending reactive repairs within tenanted properties, delivering high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out responsive maintenance and repair works in occupied homes
* Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
* Communicating professionally with tenants and clients
* Accurately reporting works completed
Requirements
* Carpentry biased, as well as competent in basic repairs across other trades such as:
* Plumbing
* Tiling
* Painting & Decorating
* Patch plastering
* Previous social housing maintenance experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence
