Join a growing property maintenance business as a Multi Trade Builder, covering projects in Reading and around the UK.

The Multi Trade Builder role is offering:
• Company van and fuel card
• Door-to-door paid travel
• Company tools and equipment
• Monday-Friday working pattern
• Statutory holiday entitlement
• Overtime opportunities
• No weekend working
• No emergency out-of-hours callout rota
• Extensive UK travel
• Overnight stays when required

As a Multi Trade Builder, you will be:
• Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance
• Working across domestic and commercial properties
• Completing general building and multi-trade repairs
• Carrying out plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, roofing and landscaping works
• Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works
• Diagnosing faults and finding cost-effective solutions
• Working independently and managing your own workload
• Completing work safely and to a high standard

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous property maintenance experience
• Strong multi-trade and building skills
• Experience working across domestic and commercial properties
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Based in or around Reading
• Willingness to travel extensively and work away from home

Location & travel
This role involves extensive UK travel with overnight stays when required. Flexibility to work away from home is essential.
