Job Title: Multi Trade 
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm 
Location: Oldbury 
Rate of pay: £34k per annum + company van & fuel card

Are you a Multi Trader looking for work?

ARC are currently looking for Multi Traders with experience in social housing.

For this position, you must have carpentry, plumbing, painting and plastering skills.

The type of work will involve the following: 

- Working across occupied homes and void properties, with flexibility to support business needs

- Undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including doors, frames, skirting, architraves and basic structural repairs

- Carry out plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, toilets, traps and minor pipework

- Diagnose faults and complete effective, long-lasting repairs in occupied and void properties
