Join a well-established contractor working on a Social Housing contract as a Multi-Trade Operative on a temporary basis, covering Yeovil, Taunton, Bridgwater, Exeter and the surrounding areas.
I’d love to hear from experienced Carpenters or Plumbers who have basic skills in the other trade and are happy to turn their hand to a variety of maintenance tasks within social housing.
The Multi-Trade Operative role is offering:
£23-24 per hour
Compnay van and Fuel card
Temporary contract
Work across the West patch
Consistent work on a social housing contractAs a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:
Carrying out carpentry or plumbing repairs, depending on your main trade
Completing basic repairs in the other trade
Turning your hand to other general maintenance tasks as required
Working across social housing properties in the local area
Providing a professional service to residents and completing work to a good standardI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
A strong background in either carpentry or plumbing
Basic skills and experience in the other trade
General multi-trade maintenance experience
Ideally, previous experience working within social housing
The ability to work independently and travel across the patchLocation & travel
The Multi-Trade Operative role will cover Yeovil, Taunton, Bridgwater, Exeter and everywhere in between, so you’ll need to be comfortable travelling across these areas.
