Description:

Multi Skilled Tradesman/Operative required to work with Black Country based housing association maintenance team.

My client requires an experience and professional multi skilled tradesman/carpenter to join their maintenance team.

Work will include carrying out reactive & planned repair work on domestic social housing properties. Repair work will range for a multi skilled tradesman carpentry repairs,1st and 2nd fix carpentr. As well as a patch plastering, tiling and painting.

Company van and tools will be provided.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Rowley Regis, Black Country & Surrounding areas

Contract: Temp to Perm

Pay rate: £18 - £19 depending over experience

Duration: 12 week temp to perm

Requirements:

3 years minimum experience as a tradesman in a mainenance role.

NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade

Full UK driving licence
