Description:

We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Devon area. As the Multi Skilled Technician you will be responsible for all technical and processing activities associated with the manufacture of PAS components. The Production Technician will report to the Shift Leader on technical and processing status of all manufacturing equipment and will also have operational responsibilities.

As a Multi Skilled Technician, your role is instrumental in maintaining the heartbeat of production through the night. This is a night shift role with working hours from 11pm to 11am, with a balanced schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off. Not only will you be a key player in a critical sector, but you'll also enjoy a substantial 48% shift premium, enhancing a highly competitive salary.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Multi Skilled Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Swiftly attend to electro-mechanical faults, ensuring diagnosis and repairs align with production targets.
2. Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
3. Guarantee all manufacturing equipment operates within established Quality Control specifications, adhering to all statutory legislation and quality system requirements.
4. Collaborate with Operational, Engineering, and Quality Control teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application as the Multi Skilled Technician, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering such as C&G, HND, or equivalent experience.
2. A robust engineering aptitude complemented by a sharp eye for innovative solutions.
3. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and a systematic, process-driven approach.
4. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen awareness of safety protocols in a high-volume, automated manufacturing setting.
