Multiskilled Vehicle Technician – MET / Panel / Paint
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (£24 per hour DOE) + uncapped bonus
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Our client is looking for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join their busy accident repair centre in Gloucester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with skills across MET, Panel and Paint who can confidently carry out repairs from start to finish. You'll be joining an established workshop where your ability to work across multiple disciplines will be valued and rewarded.

The Role
*
Carry out vehicle repairs across MET, Panel and Paint disciplines.
*
Complete repairs from initial strip-down through to final finishing.
*
Carry out panel repairs, replacements and vehicle bodywork.
*
Undertake mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) work.
*
Prepare vehicles and complete paintwork where required.
*
Ensure vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.
*
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
*
Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and quality expectations.
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience as a Multiskilled Technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
*
Proven ability across MET, Panel and Paint.
*
Confidence carrying out complete vehicle repairs independently.
*
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and processes.
*
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
*
Ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment.
*
ATA, NVQ or IMI qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
