CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make complex repairs.
Install and modify building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Person Skills
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
