Location: Wigan
Salary: £39,500 - £43,500+ Basic Salary DOE | OTE £50,000

The role offers a basic salary of £39,500 - £43,500+ depending on experience, with an OTE of £50,000, alongside the flexibility to choose a 6am, 7am or 8am start. THE ROLE
As a Multi skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician with MET, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle accident repairs while supporting the wider repair process with your MET capabilities.
·Carry out high-quality Panel Beating and vehicle body repairs.
·Strip and fit vehicle components as required throughout the repair process.
·Complete Mechanical, Electrical and Trim work where required.
·Assess damaged vehicles and follow appropriate repair methods.
·Ensure completed repairs meet the required quality and safety standards.
·Work efficiently to agreed repair time scales without compromising workmanship.
·Liaise with other Bodyshop departments to ensure vehicles progress efficiently through the repair process.
ABOUT YOU
·Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician within an accident repair or Bodyshop environment.
·Strong practical Panel Beating skills.
·Proven ability to carry out MET work alongside Panel Beating responsibilities.
·Good understanding of vehicle construction, accident damage and modern repair methods.
·A recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA) is preferred.
·High standards of workmanship with good attention to detail.
·Professional approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
