We currently have a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Operative - Planned to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Planned team, you will carry out all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled fitter, primarily wet trades, but also including carpentry work to boxing, bath panels, studding, skirtings, and doors plus related finishes. A primary part of this work will involve wall and floor tiling to an excellent standard, including installing shower trays and fitting kitchen worktops.
Skills and experience required:
* Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)
* Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
* Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment.
* Have multi skilled experience i.e. completing different trade work
* Outstanding customer care skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
