Multi Skilled Operative - Permanent Position
Reading
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operative to join our growing team on a permanent basis, carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works across the North West.
Salary & Benefits
£32,500 per annum
Company van provided
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Permanent, full-time position
Role Overview
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties in Reading The role requires a practical, customer-focused individual with a broad range of trade skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
Applicants must be competent in:
Minor decoration
Plaster patching
Basic joinery
Requirements
Full clean UK driving licence
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional and customer-friendly approach
Must be based in Berkshire
Location
All of the works will be completed in the Reading area.
