Multi Skilled Operative with Plant Tickets – Redcar, TS10 5QW
A chance to work on a large Infrastructure project in the UK in Teesside.
Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.
Assignment Details
* Employment Type: Full-time
* Payment Basis: PAYE
* Paid Holidays: 31 days per year (including bank holidays)
* Start Date: Start Date TBC
* Assignment Duration: Ongoing
* Location: Redcar, TS10 5QW

Must Have
* CSCS Blue Card or working toward
* CPCS Plant Operative Card
* Good understanding of general construction works
* Experience with drainage, concrete, Kerbing
* Manual Handling
Role and Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of plant and groundworks activities
* Support Chargehands and other tradespeople
* Follow instructions clearly
* Follow all site health and safety procedures
Shifts
* Working Days: Monday to Friday
* Shift times: 07:00 – 17:00
* Shift Pattern: Day Shifts
Overtime
* Monday to Friday: Time and a third
* Weekends: Time and a half
Health and Safety Risks
The successful candidate will be expected to promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring site rules and procedures are followed.
Key risks associated with the role include:
* Moving plant and vehicles: Follow site traffic management procedures and maintain safe segregation.
* Groundworks and uneven ground: Follow site instructions and use designated access routes.
* Manual handling: Use safe lifting techniques and appropriate equipment.
* Working at height: Follow approved procedures and use suitable fall protection where required.
* Slips, trips and falls: Keep work areas and access routes safe and tidy.
All site-specific risks and control measures must be confirmed through the project RAMS, risk assessments and site induction.
