We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to be part of a reactive and planned maintenance team, providing top-notch building maintenance services to our valued customers. ????Key Responsibilities:????

✅ Conduct installations and repairs within set timescales, ensuring high-quality workmanship
✅ Inspect and maintain tools before and after use
✅ Use materials and tools appropriately, adhering to manufacturer's instructions
✅ Maintain a safe and secure workplace at all times
✅ Report any defective materials or equipment promptly
✅ Organise and order materials as needed

????Principal Duties:????

✔️ Undertake ground works, including ramps/steps, flagging/paving, and drainage
✔️ Carry out multi-trade works to a high standard (brickwork, roofing repairs, basic joinery, plastering, etc.)
✔️ Execute reactive and planned works across various building types and premises
✔️ Occasionally work in higher-risk environments and properties
✔️ Collaborate with the Home Improvement Agency (HIA) on relevant projects
✔️ Assist with job measurements and material ordering
✔️ Provide a high-quality service with minimal supervision

???? Requirements:????

✅ Relevant vocational qualification (e.g., City & Guilds) or extensive work experience across different trades
✅ Ability to work independently and follow safe working practises
✅ Physically fit to undertake tasks in various environments
✅ Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces
✅ Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanour
✅ Enhanced DBS check required
✅ Must hold a valid driving licence
