We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Maintenance Technician to join the growing Engineering Team within a leading global logistics organisation.

As a Engineering Technician, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving operational systems, automation equipment, and engineering processes across the logistics network.
 
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective engineering solutions that support world-class supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician 

Maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of engineering systems and automated equipment.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Work closely with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for technical issues.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Assist with project planning, equipment upgrades, and installation activities.
Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and performance data analysis.
Support preventative maintenance programmes and reliability initiatives. Experience and Qualifications required for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician 

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline).
Previous experience within logistics, manufacturing, distribution, automation, or a similar operational environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with automated systems, conveyors, robotics, or warehouse technologies is advantageous.
Knowledge of maintenance systems and engineering best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
