Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Person with a background within carpentry to work for a property maintenance company based in North Cambridge.
The person coming into the role would be providing external and internal property maintenance for a range of commercial and residential properties managed by the company.
Typical duties would include:
* Carrying out all aspects of property maintenance with the main focus being on carpentry.
* Carrying out risk assessments to ensure safe working practises in line with Health & Safety Legislations.
* Speaking with tenants to keep them up to date on the works being carried out where required.
* Maintaining the company van and equipment
The successful candidates:
* Demonstratable experience working within repairs and maintenance
* Previous experience working in domestic and commercial properties
* A full, clean driving license
* Good communication skills
