Package & Benefits

Salary of £47,(Apply online only) - £50,(Apply online only) per annum, depending on experience
Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate
On-call allowance of £3,250 per annum
Minimum 2 hours paid at overtime rate for call-outs

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities across production equipment
Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and production issues
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
Support production teams by minimising equipment downtime
Identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

Candidate Requirements

Proven maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing, production, or processing environment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work across both electrical and mechanical systems
Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, Apprenticeship or equivalent) preferred
Electrical bias would be advantageous
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
