Job Title: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Tottenham Court Road, London
Package: £48,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday weekly rotation, 7am - 4pm & 8am – 5pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a commercial site in Tottenham Court Road, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
* Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as AC units, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
* Support fabric maintenance including carpentry, paint work etc.
* Diagnose and resolve general M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Level 2 & 3 Qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related field
* Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
* Knowledge of commercial building systems
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
