About the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to deliver high-quality planned (PPM) and reactive facilities maintenance across a mobile portfolio of commercial sites in the Brighton area.

Key Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities

* Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive works

* Fault-find on lighting, power, distribution boards, heating, ventilation, and hot/cold water systems

* Plant checks and maintenance

* Mechanical systems

* Conduct emergency lighting testing, fire alarm checks, and basic statutory compliance inspection

* Diagnose and repair urgent equipment failures to minimise business downtime

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements

* Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Good understanding of current regulations and safety standards

* Full UK driving licence
