Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | 2 shifts | 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting their longstanding client with the appointment of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are ideally looking for an electrical leaning candidate but we will consider mechanical bias too as there are plenty of training and development opporutnities on offer.
Job Description
* Monthly PPM adherence for manufacturing and site assets
* TPM support for production operatives
* First point of contact to achieve SLA for reactive maintenance, change overs where applicable
* To support the upkeep and maintenance of shared site facilities, i.e. compressors, boilers, water treatment plant, lighting, etc.
* Responsible for leading problem solving activities to solve repeat equipment related issues
* Ensuring machines are in a safe working condition when handed back to production
* Involvement in new technology research
* PLC integration to help identify root cause of breakdowns
Skills Required
* Time served Engineer, recognised apprenticeship
* Able to demonstrate competence in a wide range of engineering skills and disciplines including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills on wide range of plant and equipment
* Proven maintenance experience of working in a high volume manufacturing environment.
