Job Description

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency and performance of our production equipment. You will work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, ensuring that machinery operates at optimal levels, minimizing downtime, and adhering to the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

* Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure seamless operations.

* Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications and Experience

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

* Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled engineering role.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
