Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: St. Neots
Salary: £52,000 - £56,000
I'm recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business in St. Neots. Ideally, you'll be a genuinely multi-skilled engineer with both strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, capable of supporting a wide range of production equipment in a modern manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic company, with a lot of automation and very forward thinking.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
*
Diagnose and fault-find on electrical and mechanical equipment.
*
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.
*
Undertake project work
*
Keeping CMMS system updated
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Requirements:
*
Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an FMCG, food, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
*
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
*
NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering
*
PLC experience is welcomed
*
Strong communication for shift handovers, working with production etc.
*
Genuine multi skilled technical capabilities demonstratable.
