Are you an experienced Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for your next role in commercial building maintenance?
We're recruiting for a skilled Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings across Central London. This is a permanent position offering excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.
The Role
As a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial buildings
*
Electrical fault finding, repairs and general building maintenance
*
Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting and building services equipment
*
Completing basic mechanical and fabric maintenance where required
*
Conducting routine inspections and ensuring statutory compliance
*
Completing electronic job sheets and maintenance reports
*
Providing excellent customer service while working across a portfolio of client sites
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience as a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
*
Experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
*
Electrical qualifications (Level 3, 18th Edition or equivalent preferred)
*
Good all-round knowledge of electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance
*
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*
Comfortable using an iPad or PDA to complete job reports
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
