Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Ledbury (Commutable from Hereford, Gloucester, Worcester, Cheltenham)
£43,000 to £46,000 + Overtime + Bonus Scheme + Training + Company Benefits

The Role:
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, breakdown response across production, packaging, and plant equipment
Working with modern automated machinery and control systems
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
12hr shift, 7 to 7 - 2 earlies, 2 nights, 5 days offThe Person:
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Time served/NVQ Level 3/HNC
PLC experience advantageous but not essential
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or similar environments
Team-focused with a proactive approach to maintenance
