IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner for our client based in Bury (BL2).

This is a minimum 3-month agency contract, working on responsive repairs and maintenance across council properties throughout the borough.

Duties:

* Carry out joinery repairs and general multi-skilled maintenance

* Complete responsive repairs in occupied and void council properties

* Use a tablet/PDA to receive and complete work orders and order materials

* Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)

* Multi-skilled experience with own tools

* Experience working in property maintenance or social housing

* Confident using tablets/PDAs for job management

* Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points

* Knowledge of safe working practices

Hours & Pay:

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

* £23.00 - £25.00 per hour

* Weekly pay via agency!
