Multi Skilled Engineer
Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG manufacturing)
Location: Tiverton area (Devon)
Shift Pattern: 2-2-3 (2 days, 2 off, 3 nights)
Salary: Up to £52–53k depending on experience

This role involves maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement in a production environment.

Key Requirements

Experience in FMCG or high-speed production environments
Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC/HND)
Electrical competence, including BS 7671 18th Edition
Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
Basic computer literacy (for maintenance systems / reporting)
Pay & Benefits

Salary: up to ~£52–53k
Overtime: 1.5× rate
Shift pattern: every other weekend off
