Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi-Skilled Engineer will be responsible for:
* Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise disruption
* Respond to urgent issues and troubleshoot on-site problems
* Maintain and test critical systems including generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting
* Keep accurate records of all work completed
To be successful for this Multi-Skilled Engineer role you must have:
* Experience in building services or facilities maintenance
* Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
* Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering or maintenance
