The Opportunity
A unique opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer to join the in-house engineering team of a prestigious and highly recognisable commercial venue in Central London.
This role offers exposure to a large, technically diverse estate comprising entertainment, hospitality, public-facing and operational facilities, providing varied and challenging maintenance work within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
Electrical fault finding and repairs
Testing and inspection of electrical systems
Reactive maintenance works
Lighting and power distribution maintenance
Supporting mechanical and building services systems
General building maintenance duties where requiredRequirements
Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance
Proactive and capable of working independently
Comfortable in a busy, operational environment
Flexible to work days and nights if transitioning into the permanent structureHours
Current Rotating Shifts
07:00 - 15:30
