Ballantine Recruitment has been appointed to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing group.

The Role
Working across a modern manufacturing facility, you'll play a vital role in ensuring production equipment remains safe, reliable and operating at peak performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planned preventative maintenance across production machinery and site equipment.
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding, diagnosis and repair.
* Responding to breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime.
* Supporting continuous improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and performance.
* Working closely with production and operational teams to maximise plant availability.
* Ensuring all maintenance work is completed in line with Health & Safety and food manufacturing standards.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with engineers who have:
* Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within manufacturing.
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
* A recognised engineering qualification.
* A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
* Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is advantageous but not essential.
