Our client, is a leading producer of malted barley, supplying to Distilleries and Craft Brewers throughout 4 countries, over 7 malting sites. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the facility, located in Buckie, Scotland.
Job Role: Multi Skilled Engineer.
Location: Buckie, Scotland.
Hourly rate: £20ph, inside IR35.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:30.

Position Overview:
From conveyors to water pumps, hydraulics to palletisers, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and optimising the machinery. This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenges and hands-on problem-solving, all within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Muli Skilled Engineer Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on conveyors, slew rings, water pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, palletisers, chains, and elevator belts.
Troubleshooting equipment issues to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to prolong the lifespan of machinery.
Collaborating with fellow team members to identify areas for process improvement.
Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
Expertise in conveyors, slew rings, water pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, palletisers, chains, elevator belts, and related equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field.
