Role:
As part of the role you will be required to efficiently, effectively repair and do maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery. When at work you be working to a high standard whilst constantly adhering to company and health and safety policy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to Health and Safety and Company policy and procedure at all times.
* Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to maximise overall machine efficiency.
* Contribute to implementing new working methods and actively take part in continuous improvement.
* Effectively prioritise workload to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard.
* Ensure consistency in quality of work across the various lines.
* To actively and analytically fault find.
* Ensure smooth changeovers/handovers between shifts.
* To understand company performance measurements
* Any other duty that can be reasonably expected.
The Person:
* Minimum 5 years Industrial Maintenance Experience in similar role.
* Relatable qualifications (MOET/C&G/Btec)
* Electrical - Multiskilled with electrical bias
* Industrial Hydraulics Experience
* Understanding of PLC Control
* Understanding of chilled process/AC
* H&S Qualifications desirable but not essential.
* Plastics extrusion experience, desirable but not essential.
* Welding/Fabrication skills, desirable but not essential.
