Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Are you an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial office buildings across Central London.

The Role
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
* Electrical fault finding and repairs
* Lighting, emergency lighting and fire alarm maintenance
* AHU & FCU maintenance
* Basic HVAC maintenance
* BMS checks and monitoring
* L8 water hygiene and monthly tap temperature testing
* General plumbing and building fabric repairs
* Escort and supervise subcontractors
* Raise quotations for remedial works
* Update CAFM systems, maintenance records and site logbooks
* Deliver excellent customer service across multiple commercial sites
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Electrician
* Commercial Facilities Management or Building Services experience
* Electrically qualified or electrically biased
* Experience carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Knowledge of HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, BMS and general building services
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
